State Line Irish Road Bowlers
The ingredients: a 2-pound cannon ball, chalk, and a stretch of road. This concoction is being perfected by the dedicated members
of the State Line Irish Road Bowlers, or SLIRB. The storied history of SLIRB is that of a juggernaut in Irish Road Bowling skill, and the competition
has never been higher. When SLIRB hits the roads it could be the day for Buzzer Sullivan, Groove Goldstone, Big Box Monks, or any of the other fine
SLIRB bowlers. It all depends on the rolls and a certain amount of luck. Each time SLIRB gets out there we get a little bit better, and one day SLIRB
will take on the world.
SLIRB is based out of Cambridge, NY, and Bennington, VT. Our team of bowlers can often be found practicing their skill on the
surrounding rural roads, after partaking in pastries.
